He joined the Royal Canadian Air Force and served from 1941-45 as a Pilot Officer / Lieutenant in Canada, England and Gibraltar. From 19481976, Leslie was a Warrant Officer with the 48th Squadron in six Canadian provinces and in Germany. In total, he spent 28 years in the Air Force. Leslie was married with three children and he passed away in 2006. He is buried in British Columbia. DUNCAN, George WWII George was born in 1920 in Fairlight, Saskatchewan. He joined the Army and served during World War II. George was a member of Fairlight Legion Branch 154 before he passed away in 1991. DUNCAN, William WWI William was born in Fairlight, Saskatchewan. He joined the Canadian Army to serve in World War I. William was a member of Fairlight Legion Branch 154 before he passed away in 1971.
