He joined the South Saskatchewan Regiment and served in England and France. He was killed in action in Dieppe in 1942. CLARKE, John F. WWII John was born at Govan, Saskatchewan. He enlisted in the Army in March 1942 and served with the Royal Rifles in Germany and left the service in 1946 as a Private. John is married. CLARKE, S. J. “Jack” WWII Jack was born in Estevan, Saskatchewan, in 1924. He joined the RCSIGS and served in England, France and Holland. He passed away in 2001. CLARKE, Leonard WWII Leonard joined the South Saskatchewan Regiment and served overseas in France and Holland. He was wounded and passed away in 1977.
