The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 49 BOUCHER, Eli WWII Eli was born in St. Lazare, Manitoba, on December 18, 1920. He enlisted in the Army in 1942 and was discharged in 1945 and worked at various jobs until 1963 when he was hired by IMC Potash Mines. From 1969-1973, he ran Boucher Service Station, and from 1974-1950, he farmed near Langenburg, and then in the Inglis area. He married Agnes and they raised seven children. He retired because of ill health. Eli passed away in March 1995 in Langenburg, Saskatchewan. BOURNE, Donald George PEACETIME UN/NATO Donald was born in Gimli, Manitoba on November 21, 1957. He enlisted with the PPCLI on June 18, 1975, serving in Canada and Europe, and was discharged on February 2, 1998. He has been a member of the Victoria Legion for five years. BOURNE, Kenneth Reid WWII Kenneth was born in Lancer, Saskatchewan, on January 3, 1922. He enlisted with the 432nd Battalion Squadron on May 27, 1941 and served in England. He was killed in action on the North Sea on August 13, 1943. BOURNE, Joseph Emil WWII Joseph was born in Lancer, Saskatchewan, on August 9, 1919. He enlisted in the RCA 23rd Field on February 18, 1941, served in Europe, and was discharged on January 1946. He passed away on December 31, 1982.
