The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 187 HEINSOHN, Ewald WWII Ewald enlisted with the WLI (Army) RCASC 3rd Division as a Private (Bandsman) on January 26, 1943 and served in Canada, the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. After his discharge on May 21, 1946, he worked at the Co-op Creamery and was promoted to manager at several places. He married Margaret and they had one daughter. He passed away at Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, in 1993. Ewald had been a member of the Langenburg Branch #250 of The Royal Canadian Legion. HENDERSON, Norman WWII Norman came with his father and brother, Leonard, to the Torch River district to homestead and married Alice Nixon. They moved to Saskatoon in 1981. Norman had enlisted in the Air Force in 1941 and was discharged in 1945. HEPP, Michael WWII Michael enlisted on January 21, 1943 in the Army Volunteer Corps overseas and served as a rifleman in the British Isles and Continental Europe and did occupational duties in Germany and was discharged on March 5, 1946. HEPP, Frank WWII Frank was in the Army Volunteer Corps in the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. He was killed in action in Grosebuk, Holland, on March 1, 1945.
