WHELEN, Jeffrey Todd Special Duty Jeffrey was born in 1965 in Prince Albert, SK. He served with the RCR from 1987 until 1998 and the RCEME from 1998 until 2004. He was in Went Germany from 1988 until 1993, Persian Gulf in 1991, Croatia and Bosnia in 1992 and Bosnia in 1996. WHITE, Norman Hewson WWII Norman was born in 1915 in Saskatchewan. He enlisted with the Army and served with the 8th Canadian General Hospital in Canada, England, and Continental Europe until his demobilization on August 31, 1945. He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion for 21 years. Norman passed away in 1980. WHETSTONE, Ted WWII Ted joined the Armed Forces during the Second World War.
