Harry passed away in 1961. BANKS, Richard WWI Richard was born in 1889 in Yorkshire England. He enlisted with the First Canadian Mounted Rifles Saskatchewan Regiment in Moose Jaw on March 30, 1917. He served in England, France, and Belgium until his discharge on March 25, 1919. He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion before he passed away in 1964. BANNERMAN, George Brockie WWII George was born in 1885 in New Pitsligo, Scotland. He enlisted with the Army during WWI and served with the 1st Canadian Field Ambulance in Canada, Britain, France, Belgium and Germany. He was awarded the Military Medal by the Prince of Wales in Regina in the summer of 1919. He served with the Veteranʼs Guard during WWII and served in Canada. He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion in Burnaby, BC. George passed away in 1977. BANNERMAN, George Andrew WWII George was born in 1919 in Neville, SK. He enlisted with the Army and served with the First Canadian Army in NW Europe from 1944-45. He served with General Staff at NDHQ from 1945-46. He served in Canada, Britain and Europe until his discharge.
