He enlisted with the Royal Canadian Navy and served in Canada as 1st Class Seaman until his discharge in 1946. NOBLE, George S. WWII & Peacetime George was born in 1923 in Neville, SK. He enlisted with the Royal Canadian Navy and served as Chief Petty Officer in Italy, the Pacific and the Mediterranean. He was torpedoed at least twice while serving in the Mediterranean. He served for a total of 25 years. He received the 1939-45 Star, Atlantic Star, Africa Star, Italy Star, Canadian Volunteer Service Medal, War Medal 1939-45, Korea Medal and the United Nations Service Medal (Korea). George passed away in 2007. NOLAN, Robert Korea Robert was born in 1934 in Torch River, SK. He joined the Army in Kingston, ON, in 1951. He served in the Korean War for 14 months with the Survey Section of the 81st Field Regiment and 3 years in Germany in the defense of N.A.T.O. He received his discharge after 11 years of service. Robert continues to be active with The Royal Canadian Legion #114, Indian Head, SK and the Korean Veterans Unit #62, Regina, SK. NOBLE, Robert H. WWII Robert was born in 1922 in Neville, SK. He enlisted with the Royal Canadian Air Force and served in England and Europe until his discharge. He received the France and Germany Star, Defense Medal, 1939-45 Star, 1939-45 War Medal, and the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and Clasp. Robert is a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Moose Jaw Branch.
