LASKO, Steve WWII Steve served in the Canadian Air Force and also served overseas. LAURSEN, Floyd H. “Bud” WWII Bud was born in 1921 in Carmichael, SK. He enlisted with the Army and served with the Saskatoon Light Infantry in Italy and on the High Seas until his discharge. Bud is a Life Member of The Royal Canadian Legion Gull Lake Branch. LAUDER, Donald WWII Donald was born on January 9, 1919 in Estevan, SK. He enlisted with the Army on January 22, 1941 in Saskatoon. He served with the 1st Canadian Army, Royal Canadian Service Corps in England, Canada, and NW Europe until his discharge on September 13, 1945 in Regina. He received the 193945 Star, France and Germany Star, Defense Medal, Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and Clasp, and the War Medal 1939-45. He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #306 for 48 years. Donald passed away on July 6, 2003.
