The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 99 DOBRANSKI, Carl WWII Carl was born in 1917 in Wishart, SK. He enlisted with the Royal Canadian Army and served with the Queenʼs Own Cameron Highlanders 2nd Division. He trained in Nanaimo, BC then Dundurn and Shilo. He took his advanced training in Calgary. He served as Operator, Dispatch Rider, Brengun Carrier and Motorcycle brigade. He served on the Front Lines in Germany until the end of the war. He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Wishart and Wynyard Branches for over 40 years. Carl passed away in 2000. DOLAN, Margaret E. WWII Margaret was born in Ponteix, SK. She enlisted with the Royal Canadian Air Force Womenʼs Division in March of 1943. She received her basic training at #7 Manning Depot in Rockliffe, ON. She was on Course in Toronto from May to September 1943. She was posted to #11 S.F.T.S. in Yorkton, SK in September of 1943. She was then posted to #10 Repair Depot in Calgary, AB in January of 1945. She received her discharge in May of 1946 in Calgary, AB. She married Gordon MacDonald in 1950 and raised a family of 5 children. Margaret passed away on January 20, 2008. DOUCETTE, Aurele WWII Aurele was born in 1927 in Duck Lake, SK. He served with the P.A. Volunteers during the war. He was awarded the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal for his service. Aurele passed away in 1999. DOMIER, Alfred WWI Alfred served in the Armed Forces in the First Great War.
