CLELLAND, Ruby E. WWII Ruby was born in 1916 in Morse, SK. She enlisted with the C.W.A.C. during the Second World War. She served in Washington, D.C. until her discharge. She was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Glen Kerr Branch #126 for 15 years. Ruby passed away in 2007. No Photo CLELLAND, T. R. “Bud” WWII Bud was born in 1919 in Calderbank, SK. He enlisted with the Army and served with the Lord Strathconaʼs Horse in North West Europe. He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Glen Kerr Branch #126 for over 30 years. Bud passed away in 2001. No Photo CLISBY, Harold WWII Harold was born on November 13, 1922. He enlisted with the R.C.A. on November 20, 1944 and served in Canada until his discharge on November 2, 1945. After the war he married and farmed in the Smoky Burn area for 33 years. Harold retired to Nanoose, BC. CLOSE, Eddie WWII Eddie was born in 1921 in Tisdale, SK. He enlisted with the Royal Canadian Air Force on March 1, 1943 and served as a Wireless Mechanic in Canada until his discharge on May 6, 1946. After the war he married and moved to southern Saskatchewan where he had a welding shop. Eddie passed away in 1964. COLDWELL, Alan James Korean War & Special Duty Alan was born on August 19, 1951 in Estevan, SK. He joined the Canadian Armed Forces (Navy) on January 9, 1969 and did his basic training in CFB Cornwallis and course training in CFB Borden. He spent over 16 yrs on ships in his 32 yr career. He served all over the world during his career with the Military. His retirement date was October 12th, 2001, his last day in the Navy working was September 1st 2000. Alan then moved to Canora in May of 2006. He received the CD and the Gulf War Medal. He has been a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #306 for over 35 years.
