CHRUNIK, Constantine WWII Constantine was born on September 19, 1923 in West Bend, SK. He joined the Canadian Army in 1943 and served in England, France, Germany, Belgium and Holland until his discharge in February of 1946. He was a member of the Saskatoon Royal Canadian Legion Branch #63 for 10 years. Constantine passed away in 1999. CLARKE, John F. WWII John was born in 1920 in Govan, SK. He enlisted with the Canadian Army and served in England, France and Holland. John was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Spiritwood Branch # 182 for 5 years. CLARKSON, Charlie I. WWII Charlie was born in 1924 in Chilliwack, BC. He enlisted with the Army in May of 1941. Whilr in Regina the 22nd, Assiniboine was mobilized and he was sent to Broadview, SK. In the fall of 1941 he went to Debert, NS and the following spring to Sussex, NB and then overseas in in June 1942. He served in England and Europe until his discharge in 1946. In 1954, he enlisted with the R.C.A.F. and served as an Electronics Technician for 16 years. CLAVELLE, Adolph Victor WWII Adolph was born in 1923 in Whitewood, SK. He joined the Army and served with the South Saskatchewan Regiment in Europe. Adolph passed away in 1994. CLAVELLE, Alfred F. WWII Alfred was born in 1918 in Whitewood, SK. He joined the Army during the Second World War. Alfred was killed in action in northern France in 1944 when he and others of his unit were involved in what is called a direct hit. These young men who lost their lives protecting us, our children and our country are remembered in our hearts and now on the wall in Nomandy.
