CAUGHLIN, George Edward Peacetime George was born on September 13, 1934 in Esterhazy, SK. He joined the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1954, and he served for 25 years from January of 1955 until December of 1979 as an Aircraft Electrical Technician. He served in Canada and had two tours in Germany. He retired at Trenton, Ontario, where he passed away on July 1, 1991, where his family still resides. CHAMBERLAND, Pierre “Peter” WWII Peter was born on May 17, 1905. He enlisted with the Army Forestry Corps on May 21, 1942 and served in Canada until his discharge in 1946. He was married in 1932 and they farmed in Zenon Park and later in Arborfield. They sold the land in 1962 and moved to Prince George, BC. Peter passed away on December 19, 1981. CHAPMAN, Maurice Special Duty Maurice was born in 1956 in Estevan, SK. He enlisted with the Canadian Forces in 1974 at 18 years of age, as a Medical Assistant. Subsequently serving in many environments throughout Canada and Europe. In 1996 he completed his Physician Assistant training and was then posted to CFB Esquimalt in Victoria BC where he continued his career employed in the Canadian Navy. He was elected as National President of the Canadian Association of Physician Assistants in 2005, a post he continues to hold. Maurice has been a member of South Saskatchewan Branch #306 for 34 years. CHARTIER, Ambrose WWII Ambrose enlisted with the Army on February 19, 1941. He served with the R.C. Signal Corps as a Telegraph Operator in Canada until his discharge on February 25, 1942. CHASE, Arlos WWII Arlos was born on August 23, 1921 in Senlac, SK. He moved to the Moosedale area with his family in 1937 and he took up a homestead. He enlisted with the 14th Canadian Field Ambulance Corps on December 9, 1943 and served in Canada, England, France, Belgium, Holland, and Germany. He served with the O.C. Forces in Germany. He received his discharge in 1946. He received the following medals: France and Germany Star, Defense Medal, King George and the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal.
