CADORETTE, Albert WWII Albert was born on June 7, 1922 in Prudhomme, SK. He enlisted with the Royal Canadian Air Force on December 14, 1942 and served as an Air Gunner until his discharge in January of 1946. He re-enlisted with the Royal Canadian Air Force and served until his retirement in 1970. Albert currently resides in Peterborough, Ontario. CADORETTE, Leonard WWII Leonard was born on July 16, 1926 in Prudhomme, SK. He enlisted with the Army on April 19, 1945 and served in Canada until 1946. Leonard is married and currently resides in Duncan, BC. CAMERON, Frank Arnold WWII Arnold was born on July 6, 1909 in Dubuc, SK. He enlisted with the Army on December 29, 1941 and was stationed at Camp Borden where he was a staff instructor at the wireless school (Tank Corps). After a lengthy illness he received a medical discharge in 1944. He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Campbell River BC Branch # 137. Arnold passed away on March 18, 2004. CAMPBELL, Elvin Vincent WWII Elvin was born on January 2, 1913 in Shilo, Ontario. He joined the Royal Canadian Air Force on May 6, 1939. He served in England until his discharge on February 12, 1947. He met and married Monica Murphy in Halifax, NS in 1942. Together they raised 7 children in Tompkins, SK. He received the following medals: Defense Medal, War Medal, C.V.S.M. & Clasp and the Pilots Flying Badge. Elvin passed away on September 23, 1967. CANADAY, Willard Francis “Bill” WWII Bill was born on April 13, 1925 in Yankee Valley, SK. He enlisted with the Army on November 5, 1943 and was discharged on June 6, 1946. He served with the Black Watch in WWII in Canada, the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. He was wounded two times while serving in Germany. He received the following Medals: 1939-45 Star, France and Germany Star, and the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal. The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command LEST WE FORGET 47
