STOREY, Ray WWII Ray was born in 1918 in Arborfield, SK. He enlisted with the Royal Canadian Air Force on December 10, 1941. He served as a Radio Technician in Canada and England until his discharge on November 7, 1945. After the war he reopened his service station in Arborfield and in 1961 he started Overhead Door Co. in Saskatoon. He has 4 children and is currently retired in North Vancouver. STOROZUK, William WWII William was born on March 3, 1915 in Wishart, SK. He enlisted with the Army on May 26, 1944 and served until his discharge on August 14, 1944. He is married to Nettie and they raised a family of five children. He joined the Sheho Legion Branch in 1950 and served there until his employment transferred him to Wynyard and he joined The Legion Branch there. William passed away on September 27, 1995. STRATECHUK, John WWII John was born in Sheho, SK. He enlisted with the Army in 1940 and served with the Kingʼs Own Rifles in Canada until his discharge on November 8, 1945. After his discharge he farmed south of Sheho, then he sold out and moved to Yorkton where he retired. He is married to Mary and they raised a family of three children. John currently resides in Yorkton, SK. STRATTON, Edward Lea (Ted) WWI Edward was born on December 14, 1888 in Worton, England and he immigrated to Canada in 1905. He joined the Winnipeg Machine Gun Cavalry in June of 1917 and served in France. While serving he met Mabel Ester Batchelor and they were married on January 31, 1918 in England. They came back to Canada in August of 1919 and in 1920 they moved to Armentiers Soldier Settlement and started farming. Edward passed away on May 23, 1984. STRATYCHUK, Peter Peacetime Peter joined the Royal Canadian Ordinance Corps in 1953. He served in Canada and the Middle East until his discharge in 1962. After his discharge he pursued a career in business. In October of 1993, he retired from business in Regina, SK. He now occupies his time operating a hobby farm in the summer and golfing in Mexico in the winter. Peter currently resides in Regina, SK.
