PARENT, Gildore WWII Gildore enlisted with the Army on January 8, 1944. He served with the Royal Winnipeg Rifles in Canada, England, Belgium, Holland, and Germany until his discharge on June 4, 1946. Gildore is deceased. PARENT, Ralphael WWII Ralphael was born on August 8, 1922 in Zenon Park, SK. He enlisted with the Army Forestry Corps in August of 1944 and served in Canada until his discharge in November of 1945. Raphael is deceased. PARKER, Robert Storey WWII Robert was born on August 3, 1913 in Morse, SK. He joined the Canadian Army in 1941 and went to Weyburn and Dundurn for a training period. He was stationed at Shilo and Woodstock, Ontario and went overseas in August of 1943. In February, 1944 while training in England, he lost an eye and spent several months in the hospital. On his return to Regina, he received an honourable discharge after serving in Canada and England. Storeyʼs wife, Hazel and their infant daughter, Faye joined him in Moose Jaw where another daughter Sandra was born later. Robert passed away on April 6, 1984. PASCOE, Frank G. T. WWII Frank was born in 1926 in Wolseley, SK. He enlisted with the Royal Canadian Air Force and served in Canada until his discharge. Frank is a Charter Member of the Nutana Branch #362 of The Royal Canadian Legion. No Photo PATERSON, William (Bill) WWII Bill was married in June of 1942 and he enlisted with the Army on February 17, 1943. He served with the 1st Canadian Scottish Regiment, Pioneer Platoon in Canada, England, France, Belgium, Holland, and Germany until his discharge on February 7, 1946. After the war he farmed until 1957 when he moved to Alberta and did carpentry. In 1967 he moved to Athabasca where he and his partner had their own business building homes until he retired in 1977.
