KING, Russell E. WWII & Korean War Russell was born in 1923 in Regina, SK. He enlisted with the R.C.A.S.C. in December of 1941 and served in the United Kingdom and Continental Europe until his discharge in November of 1945. He rejoined the R.C.A.S.C. in May of 1948 and served in Canada and Korea. He received the War Service Badge “general service Class”, the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal & Clasp, the France-Germany Star, The Korean Volunteer 1950-1954, and the Defense Medal. Russell passed away in 2001. KINNEE, Evert WWII Evert came with his parents to the Arborfield area. He enlisted with the Army on June 28, 1940. He served with the South Saskatchewan Regiment as a Dispatch Rider in Canada, England, and France. He was a German Prisoner of War on June 8, 1944. He received his discharge on August 15, 1945. KINNEE, Glen WWII Glen came to the Arborfield area with his parents. He enlisted with the Army on June 28, 1940. He served with the South Saskatchewan Regiment in Canada, England, Dieppe and France until his discharge on September 14, 1945. KINNEE, William WWII William came to the Arborfield area with his parents. He enlisted with the Army on May 23, 1940. He served with the 14th Field Company, R.C.E. in Canada, England and Scotland until his discharge on August 20, 1943. KINZEL, Arnold Omar WWII Arnold was born on July 23, 1920 in Rhein, SK. He enlisted with the Royal Canadian Engineers (Army) from 1941-46. He served with the 26th Field Coy R.C.E. attaining the rank of Lance Sergeant until his discharge in 1946.
