Each year, the RNC Association presents a $1,000 scholarship to two high school graduates who are dependents of current or past RNC Association members. The recipients for this year’s Detective Sergeant Thomas Fraize Scholarship are Daniella Mackey and Tatianna Beresford. Congratulations to all graduates on their accomplishments! We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Detective Sgt. Thomas Fraize Scholarship Daniella Mackey Daniella is going into her first year at Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) in the fall of 2018. She has spent the last three years attending Waterford Valley High School receiving all honour grades in subjects such as Math, Chemistry, Biology, and Calculus. As a result of her honour grades, she has received three university level course credits going into her first year at MUN. Daniella plans on doing an undergrad degree in biochemistry with the intent to apply for Veterinary school. Daniella is the daughter of Cst. Jeff Mackey. Tatianna Beresford Tatianna graduated from Gonzaga High School with Honours. In September, she will be attending St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. She will be pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Health Studies with future goals to attend medical school. She did volunteer work at the Ronald McDonald House and St. Patrick's Mercy Home. Tatianna is the daughter of Cst. Jerome Beresford. Congratulations to Daniella and Tatianna!
