Charlottetown Chief of Police Brad MacConnell, the keynote speaker, gives a very interesting and informative presentation on the innovative city-wide I-Watch camera system. The system provides the benefit to police investigators of both real-time and video recall capability in efforts to detect, prevent and solve crimes within the community. This program, established and grown by Chief MacConnell is now being implemented throughout Prince Edward Island.
