Steven was last seen downtown Charlottetown late in the night of Saturday, March 20, 1993. He was wearing a burgundy L.L. Bean jacket with plaid inside, blue jeans and black shoes or sneakers. He left without his wallet, keys or other personal effects. These photos show Steven from his Graduation when he was 17 years of age, his picture at 18 years, and an age-adjusted rendition of what he might look like at age 35. Over the past five years countless avenues of investigation have been pursued and tips followed up, with negative results. Numerous tips came in, and were followed up. None of these tips led to any viable suspects. Over the course of the investigation the RCMP have released pieces of the investigation to the public in hopes of obtaining additional information on the death. The baby was a full term baby boy and was swaddled in a towel with a distinctive embroidered frog on same.
