Steven was last seen downtown Charlottetown late in the night of Saturday, March 20, 1993. He was wearing a burgundy L.L. Bean jacket with plaid inside, blue jeans and black shoes or sneakers. He left without his wallet, keys or other personal effects. Attached are pics of Steven from his Graduation when he was 17.5 yrs of age, his picture at 18.5yrs and an age adjusted rendition of what he might look like at age 35. His family are still looking for him, as well as the Charlottetown Police Service and you can view the Facebook page, “Remembering Steven O’Brien”. The O’Brien family have created a scholarship for the Culinary Institute, where Steven took his Chef’s Training. There is also a Youtube video entitled “Remembering Steven O’Brien”. Steven O’Brien – Missing Person On April 12th 2015 the RCMP’s Major Crime Unit in Prince Edward Island entered into an investigation relating to the discovery of a deceased infant child found near the Birch Hill Free Church of Scotland in Mount Albion. Over the past five years countless avenues of investigation have been pursued and tips followed up, with negative results. Numerous tips came in, and were followed up. None of these tips led to any viable suspects. Over the course of the investigation the RCMP have released pieces of the investigation to the public in hopes of obtaining additional information on the death. The baby was a full term baby boy and was swaddled in a towel with a distinctive embroidered frog on same. She was last seen leaving the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on January 15, 2018 at 8:30pm, and believed to be walking westbound on Riverside Drive. • Height: 5’8” • Medium build • Brown hair SMITH was wearing light coloured pants, black jacket, pink toque covered by a light coloured hoodie.
