GALLANT, Paul George WWII Paul was born in Alberton District, son of Stanley and Kathleen (Peters) Gallant. He enlisted in the Royal Canadian Naval Reserve on May 29, 1940 and was discharged on October 22, 1945. He served as an Able Seaman in Canada, High Seas and Britain. GALLANT, Lawrence Joseph WWII Lawrence was born in Bloomfield District, son of Cyrus Joseph and Elizabeth Gallant. He enlisted in the Army on November 13, 1944 and was discharged on March 12, 1947. He served as a Gunner in Canada.
