He enlisted in the Army on February 11, 1940 and was discharged on February 19, 1944. He served as a Corporal in the PEI Highlanders in Canada and Newfoundland. ARSENAULT, John Benjamin WWII John was born in the Bloomfield Area the son of Philip and Zelie (Arsenault) Arsenault. He enlisted in the RCNVR on November 7, 1942 and was discharged on February 1, 1946 and then he re-enlisted from 1952 to 1955. He served as a Stewart on Atlantic Patrol and in Scotland.
