Lest We Forget / 15 The Royal Canadian Legion Prince Edward Island Command ARSENAULT, Dolor WWII Dolor, son of Jean F. and Eulalie Arsenault, served in the Army during World War II. ARSENAULT, Célestin WWII Célestin, son of Télesphore Arsenault and Alice Gaudet, served with the P.E.I. Highlanders and the North Nova Scotia Highlanders from April 15, 1940 to August 15, 1945. He served in Canada, the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. Wounded in France, he was hospitalized in the United Kingdom before returning to Canada for his discharge on August 15, 1945. ARSENAULT, Cédrin WWII Cédrin, son of Jean F. and Eulalie Arsenault, enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force on July 29, 1941 and served as Armoured Assistant and Motor Transport Mechanic attached to a Fighter Squadron in Canada, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Sicily, North Africa, Italy and Malta. He was discharged on May 28, 1945. He received the War Medal 1939 – 1945, the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and Clasp, the Defence Medal, the 1939-1945 Star, the Italy Star, the Africa Star with the North Africa Clasp, Ribbon and Rosette.
