Lest We Forget / 47 MacKAY, J. Fulton WWI Fulton was born in 1894 to Edward and Eliza Millman MacKay of Darnley. He enlisted in Calgary on December 3, 1915 and spent four years and eight months in the Army. Fulton’s rank was that of Sergeant. MacKAY, Sheila E. PEACETIME Sheila joined the Royal Canadian Air Force from the Canadian Forces Base in Summerside, Prince Edward Island in September 1958. She trained at St. Jean, Quebec then attended a Radar and Communications School in Clinton, Ontario from which she graduated. She remained in the Air Force for three and a half years. Sheila now lives in Saint John, New Brunswick with her husband, Paul Jacques, and her family. MacKINNON, Neil James WWI Neil, son of Stephen MacKinnon and Mary Jane Lawlor, served as a Captain in England and France during World War I. The Royal Canadian Legion Prince Edward Island Command
