He received the 1939-45 Star, the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and Clasp and the 1939-45 War Medal. The Royal Canadian Legion Prince Edward Island Command QUIGLEY, Reice WWII Reice was born in Wilmot, Prince Edward Island and served in the Canadian Army from May 1941 until September 1945. Reice is deceased.
