He received the 1939-45 War Medal, the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and Clasp, the North Atlantic Star and the France and Burma Star. The Royal Canadian Legion Prince Edward Island Command MILLMAN, Frederick A. “Fred” WWII Frederick was born in the Alberton District and joined the RCNR serving in the North Atlantic, Bay of Biscay and the English Channel from April 10, 1941 to August 8, 1945. He received the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and Clasp.
