He joined the Army and served in Europe with the Royal Regiment of Canada. He was a member of Legion Branch #6 in Tignish, PEI. Belonie died on November 14, 1994. gIllIs, John charles WWII John was born to Joseph A. Gillis and Mary Montgomery on June 24, 1921 in Greenwich, PEI. He enlisted on October 21, 1942 and served in Canada as a Corporal, providing ground support to the Royal Canadian Air Force. He was discharged on May 29 1946. John passed away on July 23, 1977. HOgaN, John Howard WWII John was born in Tignish, Prince Edward Island on June 8, 1918. He joined the Army in May 1942 and served with the Royal Canadian Artillery until June 1946. John died on August 17, 1950. HOlT (cROssMaN), Dorothy ellen WWII Dorothy was born to Alexander Crossman and Charlotte Olive Costain of the Bloomfield district of Prince Edward Island.
