Front Cover Photo In 2003, P.E.I. Command of The Royal Canadian Legion lobbied the Provincial Government to designate Route 2 as Veterans’ Memorial Highway. This route goes from tip to tip of the Island. In November 2003, the government agreed, and three monuments were erected - one in each of the three counties. The photo featured is the monument in Miscouche, Prince County.
