In 1944, he served in France, Belgium, Holland and Germany. He returned to Canada in 1945 and was honorably discharged in 1946. GALLANT, Louis WWII Louis, son of Mathurin Gallant and Évangeline Arsenault, enlisted with the Royal Canadian Engineers on May 15, 1942. He served as an electrician in the United Kingdom. He was discharged in February 1946. GALLANT, Wesley (photo unavailable) WWII Wesley joined the Canadian Army in 1943. GALLANT, Vincent J. WWII Vincent was born in Puisville, PEI. He served in the Canadian Army with the 1st Canadian Armament Brigade, PEI Lighthorse Regiment in Canada, England, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany. GAUDET, Joe A. KOREA Joe Served the R.C.N from 1951 to 1976. He served aboard HMCS Iroquois, Granby, Quebec, Seguenay, Kootenay, Annapolis, Ottawa, Assiniboine and Preserver. He served aboard HMCS Establishment, Queen Charlotte, Cornwallis, Naden and Stradacona. He was wounded in action in Korea in October 1952 on HMCS Iroquois.
