POLICE ASSOCIATION OF NOVA SCOTIA 15 Photos Sgt. Lewis Sutherland (right) was presented with a clock and pen set on behalf of the Police Association of Nova Scotia. Sgt. Sutherland was employed with the Bridgewater Police Service for the past 25 years and has left Bridgewater to take up his new position as the Chief of Police of the Kensington Police Service in Kensington, PEI. The Board of Directors and members of PANS wish him the best of luck in his new position as Chief of Police. This clock will be displayed in the lobby of the Charlottetown Police Department. Presenting the clock is Mr. J.W. “Joe” Ross, ExecutiveDirector and founder of the Police Association of Nova Scotia. Mr. Ross has been with the Police Association of Nova Scotia for 40 years and has been serving Police Officers around the Province for over 50 years.
