He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Tobermory Branch 290 prior to his death in 1972. HOPPER, Frank Musgrove Frank was born in Orillia, Ontario on July 27, 1912. He enlisted in the Army Regular Force and served with the 12th Medium Battery of the Royal Canadian Artillery of London in World War II. He resided in Forest, Ontario and was past President of The Royal Canadian Legion Forest Branch 176. HOPKINS, Robert John Robert was born in Tobermory, Ontario in 1896. He enlisted in the Army (Regular Force) on April 1, 1918, and served with the 160th Bruce Battalion. Robert passed away in 1975.
