391 www.on.legion.ca ONTARIO COMMAND MORRISON, Angus Joseph Angus was born on March 6, 1895 in East Williams, Parkhill, Ontario, the son of John and Christina Morrison. Angus enlisted in the Army in May 1918, joining the Western Ontario Regiment. He served in Canada until his discharge in January 1919 and returned to farming. Angus passed away on September 17, 1925 buried at the Bornish Cemetery in Parkhill, Ontario. MORRISON, Neil Joseph Neil was born on October 14, 1897 in Middlesex County, Parkhill, Ontario, the son of Angus and Mary Morrison. Neil enlisted in the Army in June 1918 with the 1st Depot Battalion Western Ontario Regiment. He trained in Ontario serving in Canada and discharged in January 1919. Neil moved to Michigan and passed away in May 1967 and is buried at the Bornish St. Columba Cemetery in the United States of America. MORRISON, Hughie Hughie was born on July 23, 1885 inWest Williams Township in Parkhill, Ontario, the son of John and Mary Morrison. Hughie enlisted in the Army on December 6, 1915, joining the 135th Battalion. He sailed on the SS Olympic to England and in August 1916, was transferred to the 125th Battalion. He served in France in May 1917 with the 75th Battalion. While in battle, on November 7, 1917, he was struck on the head by shrapnel and was killed instantly near Passchendaele. Hughie is buried at Oxford Road Cemetery in Ypres, Belgium.
