He was awarded the Korea Medal, Korea Service Badge, Ambassador of Peace Medal, UN Service Medal, Memorial Cross ERII and the Canadian Volunteer Medal. Raymond was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 1 St. John’s and Branch 613 Fonthill Legion in Ontario. DECEASED: November 14, 2004 HILLIER, Gilbert T. Born in Lamaline, NL on October 15, 1930. Served with the Canadian Army from 1952 to 1955. Posted in Korea. DECEASED: April 28, 2014 and buried at the Anglican Cemetery in Lamaline.
