CHAULK, William James Service # 3376 Born in Elliston. Served with The Royal Newfoundland Regiment during WWI. Also served with the Newfoundland Overseas Forestry Unit in WWII. He is deceased. CHIPMAN, John C. Born in Spaniardʼs Bay. Served with the American Army – US Expeditionary Force from 1914 until he was killed in action in France in 1918.
