Joseph Barnable of Ferryland on January 8th, 1948 at the Holy Trinity Church, Ferryland. Jean met her husband Joe in England, while working as a Group Supervisor in a war factory. She left England on December 24th, 1947, arrived in Newfoundland on January 5th, 1948. DECEASED: July 15th, 2000 COSTELLO (MacIVER), Mary Born in Inverasdale, Scotland. Married Thomas Costello of Ferryland on November 29th, 1945. Mary met Thomas in Carrbridge. They came to Ferryland on May 3rd, 1946 and had 10 children. DECEASED: May 5th, 2000 GREENE (SPRING), Magdalena (Lena) Born in Hawick, Scotland on April 30th, 1899. She married Augustus Greene of Cape Broyle, NL, a member of The Royal Newfoundland Regiment. They met during a walk in a neighborhood park in Hawick. Gus went to his first moving picture show with Lena. They married in Newfoundland in 1920 and honeymooned on Bell Island. DECEASED: June 1997
