He went overseas with the 3rd Contingent of the Royal Navy in 1940. He served in France, Russia and the Mediterranean Sea. He was discharged in 1946 and is presently l iving in Saint Lawrence, Newfoundland. He is a member of Lawn Branch # 58 of The Royal Canadian Legion. Bertram Feltham Bertram Feltham was born in Deer Island, Newfoundland on 10th July 1917. He served with the Merchant Marines from 1940 to 1945. He is presently l iving in Gambo, Newfoundland. Kaywood Melvin Elliot Service #: 1158235 Kaywood Melvin El l iot was born on November 28th, 1922. He served with the 59th Nfld Heavy Regiment, Royal Arti l lery from 1943 to 1945 as a Gunner. He served in England, Italy and Germany. He passed away on 7th November 2005.
