He enl isted with the Army, 1SVC BN, TPT in July of 1983 and is currently serving. He is presently a member of Botwood Branch # 5 of The Royal Canadian Legion. Sgt. Ernie Mugford Service #: K39 613 743 Sgt. Ernie Murford was born in Clarkeʼs Beach, Newfoundland on 14th February, 1945. He served with the Princes Patricia Canadian Light Infantry (PPCLI) from 1967 to 2004. He served with al l 3 BNs of the PPCLI. He served two tours in Germany; one tour in Cyprus; served with 36 NFLD SVC BN and served with Canadian Rangers. He is presently a Life Member of Bay Roberts Branch # 32 of The Royal Canadian Legion. Gordon LeRoux Service #: SN3137 Gordon LeRoux was born in Deer Lake, Newfoundland on September 25th, 1936. He served with the Army from 1957 to 1962. He is presently a member of Stephenvi l le Branch # 35 of The Royal Canadian Legion.
