He joined the Royal Canadian Navy from January, 1951 to January, 1956. He served in Korea from September 1951 to September 1952. Ted Rideout Service #: 223918 Ted Rideout was born in Campbelltown, Newfoundland on October 3rd, 1931. He joined the Royal Canadian Air Force from 1956 to March 1958. He is presently a member of Lewisporte Branch # 31 of The Royal Canadian Legion.
