Henry Oxford Service #: 970505 Henry Oxford was born in 1918 in Rencontre West, Newfoundland. He served with the Royal Artillery from May 6th, 1940 to November 5th, 1945. Bernard Pennell Service #: LT/JX 246628 Bernard Pennell was born on 13th September, 1918 in Trepassey, Newfoundland. He served with the Royal Naval Patrol Service from September 30th, 1940. He was Killed in Action when his ship the Liberty was torpedoed on May 7th, 1941.
