He is presently living in Brooklyn, New York. Vincent Hickey Service #: JX194547 Vincent Hickey was born in Petite Forte, Newfoundland in 1915. He served with the Royal Navy from April 18th, 1940 to February 28th, 1946. He passed away in 1999.
