www.nfld.net/rclnfprovcom 5 Lest We Forget - Volume 4 Newfoundland & Labrador Command Pilgrimage to Beaumont Hamel 2004 Each year Newfoundland & Labrador Command and the Government of Newfoundland & Labrador sponsor a Pilgrimage to Beaumont Hamel to participate in the July 1st Celebrations at Beaumont Hamel and to visit the Newfoundland War Memorials in France and Belgium. Participating in this Pilgrimage each year are 4 Veterans chosen from nominations from the 49 Branches in Command as well as the 4 1st Place winners of the Poppy & Remembrance literacy and Poster Contest and Command Representatives.
