Mills Service #: PSS/X31752 William H. Mills was born in Shoal Harbour, Newfoundland. He served with the Royal Navy from 1939 to 1946. He took part in “D” Day Operations and was also torpedoed twice and survived. He is currently a member of Clarenville Branch #27 of The Royal Canadian Legion.
