Raymond Brown Service #: 339822 Ray Brown was born on 17th October, 1909 in St. John’s, Newfoundland. He served with the Royal Air Force from 8th June, 1940 to 9th January, 1946. He passed away on 29th January, 1983. George Brushett Service #: 971508 George Brushett was born on 2nd August, 1919 in Burin, Newfoundland. He served with the 59th (Nfld) Heavy Regiment, RA from March, 1941 to 23rd September, 1945. He is presently a Life Member of Burin Branch #29 of The Royal Canadian Legion.
