CMHA of NB offers free educational and therapeutic mental well-being programs to help you build a better understanding of symptoms, and establish coping strategies. Here are a few programs we offer: D2R: From Dependency to Recovery D2R: From Dependency to Recovery is an eight-week education program for people living with addiction or unhealthy behaviour. 1 3 Anxiety & Depression Anxiety & Depression is a 12-week education and therapeutic program that will enable participants to gain healthy coping skills to manage anxiety and depression. 5 Living Life to the Full Living Life to the Full is an eightweek program to help people make a difference in their lives. Available for adults, youth, and seniors. 2 4 6 Engaging Familis in Recovery is a 10-week educational and support program for people who care for a loved one with mental illness. Emotional Regulation is a six-week education program that enables participants to recognize what and why they feel and to handle emotions in a healthy way. Emotional Regulation Making Wellness a Priority Making Wellness a Priority is a series of educational sessions for anyone who wants to maintain or improve their overall state of wellness.
