Family Violence Awareness ● Sensibilisation à la violence familiale 43 CPANB Crime Prevention Awards & Certificates Business Crime Prevention Excellence Award The Crime Prevention Association of New Brunswick Inc. recognizes businesses and/or business leaders who have made an outstanding contribution to Crime Prevention through social development initiatives in their respective communities, by vision, dedication and commitment. The Constable “Leo” Tyler Francis Award This award was established by CPANB in honour and memory of the late Constable Tyler Francis, an RCMP officer who demonstrated a high standard of personal and professional dedication towards Crime Prevention. This award is presented to police officers and peace officers who have been involved in Crime Prevention initiatives in their community for at least five years and have demonstrated significant personal and professional commitment in the function of these duties. TheWall of Fame Award TheWall of Fame Nominee must be a resident of New Brunswick, or a New Brunswick-based organization (profit, non-profit or volunteer). They must have actively contributed energy, time, talent, resources or support to the planning, implementation, maintenance, enhancement or promotion of Crime Prevention and safe communities for a minimum of five years.They must have succeeded in rallying support (especially volunteer support) in establishing and maintaining community Crime Prevention activities that improve the quality of life of New Brunswickers.The nominee cannot be a Member of Parliament, the Senate or a member of theWall of Fame Committee. Department of Justice and Public Safety Certificates of Recognition The certificates recognize individuals, community group organizations, businesses, and police agencies/officers which have made an outstanding contribution to the development, implementation, promotion and/or enhancement of Crime Prevention and safe communities.
