MURPHY, Norman Joseph WWII Norman was born in Griffin, Saskatchewan on March 2, 1922. He enlisted in the Army (service number H22500) in Winnipeg on March 30, 1944 and served with the CIC during World War II. Private Norman Murphy was discharged in Fort Osborne on August 10, 1944.
