He enlisted in the Army in Winnipeg in June 1940. He served overseas with the C.I.C. Winnipeg Rifles during World War II. Private Thomas McKee was discharged in Winnipeg in September 1945. He received the Service Medal. Thomas and his wife, Marg, had two sons, Ken and Greg. He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Flin Flon Branch 73. McKENZIE, A. F. “Dick” WWI Dick served in the Army with 16 Field Ambulance in France and in Belgium during World War I. He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Neepawa Branch 23 for 35 years and was president of the branch from 1945 to 1947. Dick McKenzie authored a book titled Neepawa – A History – 1889-1957. He passed away on August 16, 1970. McKENZIE, Ronald James Ronald was born in Flin Flon, Manitoba on December 14, 1936. He enlisted in the Army on November 7, 1954 and served with the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry in Canada and in Europe. Private Ronald McKenzie was discharged on November 17, 1957. He received the Service Medal. He was married to Alta. He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Flin Flon Branch 73. Ronald passed away on August 24, 1992.
