He joined the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry serving in Canada. Arthur passed away in 1988. POTTINGER, Cecil F. WWII & KOREA Cecil was born in Pebble Beach, Manitoba, in 1918. He joined the Royal Canadian Army Service Corps and served in Canada, England, Italy in World War II and in Canada and Korea. He passed away in 1979 and was a member of The Legion Branch Branch 3. POTTINGER, Roy WWII Roy was born in Pebble Beach, Manitoba, in 1913. He joined the Winnipeg Grenadiers and left Winnipeg on October 26, 1941, for Hong Kong via Bermuda. He was captured in the Battle of Hong Kong on Christmas Day in 1941, and then spent the rest of the war in a Japanese Prison Camp. Roy passed away in 1997.
