He enlisted on September 18, 1939 and served with the Winnipeg Grenadiers in Canada, Hong Kong and overseas during World War II. While serving in Hong Kong, he was held as a Prisoner of War and was killed in 1945. BOAK, Walter James WWII Walter served in the Navy in Canada and on the High Seas during World War II. BOEN, Arthur F. WWII Arthur enlisted in the Army and served with the CAC in Germany during World War II.
