He enlisted in the Navy in Saskatoon in February 1942 and served on the High Seas during World War II. Walter was discharged in Saskatoon in February 1946. He received the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal.Walter and his wife Olga had two sons, Leslie and Geoffrey. BLOMQUIST, Herbert S. WWII Herbert enlisted in the Army and served with the NRMA in Canada and overseas. He was discharged in February 1946. BLUE, Malcolm B. WWII Malcolm enlisted in the Air Force on December 5, 1941 in Regina and served during World War II.
